The appointment time is approximate: the doctor may contact you to agree on a different day or time. Payment is made at the studio.

Your first visit
Fill in the questionnaire
You get a link after booking. It takes about 5 minutes on your phone.
Bring with you
Your ID or insurance card, a list of medicines you take, and recent X-rays if you have them.
About 30–45 minutes
The first visit is a conversation and an examination, often with a scan or X-ray.
A clear plan
You leave with a written plan and the price before any treatment starts.
Toothache? Urgent help
Start your message with this phrase in WhatsApp, Instagram, Viber, Telegram or email. It is marked urgent and goes straight to the doctor.
Then add your name, what hurts and since when, and a photo if you can.
Urgent messages are answered during working hours: Tue 8–17 · Wed 14–21 · Fri 8–17.

Outside working hours, including weekends and holidays, go to the on-duty dental service (dežurna zobozdravstvena služba) at the nearest health centre.
